Meet Carolina Latumaliemna — the Heart Behind Manna Gracia
Manna Gracia was born out of both heartbreak and hope.
Our founder, Carolina Latumaliemna, is not just a mother — she’s a warrior. For over 15 years, she worked in law and government, navigating complex systems and fighting for justice. But nothing prepared her for the journey of raising her neurodivergent son, Gabriel.

Gabe is brilliant, creative, and compassionate. He’s also autistic, ADHD, and has learning differences that made school — and simply being understood — a daily battle. By age 11, Gabe was struggling not just with school, but with his own sense of belonging in the world. That was Carolina’s wake-up call.
Instead of forcing him to “fit in,” Carolina flipped the script. She began focusing not on fixing Gabe — but on helping him discover his voice, his values, and his unique leadership superpowers.
The result? Gabe is now a black belt in taekwondo. He’s writing a book. He’s speaking on stages. And more importantly — he’s thriving. Because when a child is empowered instead of misunderstood, everything changes.
That transformation inspired Manna Gracia — a leadership and personal growth movement for neurodiverse youth. Here, we don’t try to mould young people into something they’re not. We help them rise into everything they already are.
At Manna Gracia, we believe:
-
Neurodivergence is not a deficit — it’s a leadership advantage.
-
Young people thrive when they are seen, heard, and equipped with the right tools.
-
True leaders don’t fit in. They stand out.
We offer workshops, mentoring, and resources that unlock the strengths of youth who think differently — so they can lead boldly, authentically, and unapologetically.
We’re here to raise a new generation of leaders — the ones who were told they didn’t belong, and are now rewriting the story.
Because the future doesn’t belong to those who conform.
